Sales & Network Development Executive

1. Responsible to handle Agent Development with regular communicational emails
2. Respond daily to new Agents joining the Freight Networks
3. Respond to Rate requests from Agents and reply with rates
4. If/when Agent accepts the rates and confirms the shipment, hand over to Operations Dept and monitor progress of the shipment until completed. Send follow-up/courtesy email to Agent after shipment completed.
5. Also responsible to communicate with direct customers to maintain & sustain close relationships
6. Follow Whatsapp Groups of Each network and communicate on Whatsapp

Local Sales

1. Constant follow-up with local Shippers/Consignees to maintain close relationships and to generate more new business
2. Customer visits for existing business relationships as well as for new business development (Managing Director will accompany for selected customer visits)
3. Follow-up emails (courtesy emails), to each local Shipper/Consignee after completion of each shipment.

Build data bases for Agent Development : Obtain import/export data from Thai Customs (and other sources) to develop Sales Leads for new & existing international Agents, based on route development plans

Promotion: Monitor Company Website, Multi-Media communications and engage in constant media blasts
